SHOWER OF STARS

CBS at Thursday 9:00 PM (60 min.)

Aired: Sept 30, 1954 thru April 15, 1958

This wonderful Musical Variety aired live once per month in the time period normally occupied by the dramatic anthology series Climax! Both shows were sponsored by the Chrysler Corporation and shared the same host, Mr. William Lundigan. There were occasional plays and lots of music and skits. The most familiar face on the Shower of Stars was Jack Benny who appeared in several shows.

All episodes are recorded from original film prints. Due to the age and condition of many of these film prints, quality will vary from episode to episode. Shows have original Chrysler car commercials
