Can I order by telephone? 

We currently do not have representatives available to accept orders via telephone. 

If you would like to make an order by phone, please provide the following information by email and I will call you back to take your order. Please send back your phone number and best time to call including time zone. We are on the west coast and open from 10am - 3pm.

What are your mailing costs? 

Shipping and Handling within the USA. 

What payment methods do you accept? 

All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club). We also accept personal checks, certified bank checks, and money orders by mail.

Is my personal information kept private? 

Absolutely! We will never give, rent or sell your personal information to any other company for any reason. Our Newsletter Subscribers are offered special selections and discounts that are not available to the general public so be sure and join :-)

How good are your Products?

We use professional duplication equipment which produces NTSC Region 1 (DVD±) compatible in all DVD's in the US and Canada. We do not use computers or home style copiers. Although we quality check our products for defective discs, should you have a defective disc in your collection, simply contact us for a free replacement.
